General’s Primo Bianco (White) Charcoal Pencils are hand made in small batches to ensure that they offer the most intense drawing tones and values.

The charcoal blend in these pencils is smoother, creamier and softer than even “The Original” Charcoal Pencils.

They can be used alone or with other charcoal, pastel or mixed media. handcrafted with the highest quality cedar wood to ensure smooth sharpening. Primo pencils can also be used for quick layouts in oil painting.

Its less dusty than many other charcoals and is comparable to RITMO Charcoal.
